SGBCC Board continues to ignore FoVGC Inc. legal letter

As previously reported (FoVGC Monthly Summary - October 2024 and No response from SGBCC Board re 23rd October legal letter) FoVGC Inc. engaged legal firm Colin Biggers & Paisley for advice on possible options should the Country Club Board not listen to members’ wishes. A letter dated 21 October 2024 was sent to the SGBCC Board outlining the FoVGC legal position.

It is clear the Country Club continues to not listen to its members.

It has been over 6 weeks and the SGBCC Board has still not provided a written response!!
