Dispute letter sent

Under the 2016 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) agreed to during amalgamation, there is an avenue to raise a dispute. FoVGC have lodged the attached dispute letter after the Country Club has dismissed numerous requests for consultation and failed to meet commitments outlined in the MOU.
The aim is to engender meaningful consultation with the Board and to work together to ensure a positive future for Vincentia Golf Club.
