While it is interesting that the CC are focussed on legal contacts, they haven't officially accepted the offer from JBCSC or agreed to negotiate on de-amalgamation as yet. FoVGC are pleased that Bob Proudfoot has publicly announced the Country Club intent to commence negotiations "in a transparent and constructive manner".
The serious issue outlined in the President's message relates to the forecast Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) is that one of the resoliutions (raised by a Board Member) seeks to turn all Vincentia land to non-core. This would then allow the board to sell without any need to consult with members.
