The developer has been presenting the latest concept to various golfing groups, community groups and affected residents. These presentations are only about the design of the Seniors Living Development and have involved a presentation with Questions and Answers. Any questions regarding Country Club decisions, activities and ideas were not entertained as Oakstand did not represent the Board or Management.
The presentations have been loaded to The Country Club site under "About/Proposed Vincentia Development". The presentations show a progression of ammendments and changes. Presentation 2 has the latest information.
The Country Club are also requesting feedback via a form at the bottom of the page. Please provide your thoughts on the proposal directly using this mechanism.
Concepts: All land south of the red dotted line will be the subject of a DA while the "blue zone" is represntative of the land to be sold/bought. The Club facilities will be a shell lat ground level eased back to the Country Club for fit out and use.
