In response to the Country Club's Notice of the General Meeting to be held Sunday 25th August 2024, Friends of Vincentia Golf Club Inc has submitted a Members’ Statement in accordance with Clause 38.12 of the Constitution – St Georges Basin Country Club Limited. This Members' Statement has been signed by more than 100 CC members, as per Clause 38.13 and was officially submitted to the CC on Tuesday 6 August 2024.

In addition to the Members' Statement, FoVGC has published The Information Memorandum For General Meeting and Financial Viability (18 August 2024) which demonstrates The CC's misunderstanding of financial KPIs as underlined by Clause 21 of The Information Memorandum For General Information. This shows that The CC has described the calculation methodology incorrectly and labelled it incorrectly. This is unarguable!

It should be noted that although the Board publicly states that it accepts the Report, it has come up with its own scenario – Scenario 8 – which casts some doubt as to whether the Board has really accepted the Tully Heard Report after all.
